1. Who we are

JobCabby is operated by ARIG Labs LLC, a limited liability company based in New York. In these terms, “JobCabby,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ARIG Labs LLC. You can reach us at company@ariglabs.io .

2. What JobCabby is

JobCabby is a self-serve online marketplace that connects NYC TLC-licensed drivers with transportation providers — FHV bases, black car services, taxi fleets, rental operators, insurance providers, and other businesses that serve TLC drivers.

We are not an employer, staffing agency, recruiter, fiduciary, or party to any agreement between drivers and companies. We provide the platform; you decide who to work with. Any arrangement you enter into with another user is strictly between you and them.

We may modify, add, remove, or discontinue features of JobCabby at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We may also limit access to certain features or restrict the service in specific geographies where we choose not to operate.

3. Eligibility

To use JobCabby, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• If you're registering as a driver, hold or be in the process of obtaining a valid NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) driver license.
• If you're registering as a transportation provider, hold the credentials appropriate to your business — a valid TLC base license if you're operating a for-hire vehicle base; equivalent licensing or registration for rental, insurance, and other services.
• Not be barred from using JobCabby by us or by applicable law.

4. Your account

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account.

One account per person or business. You can close your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Some information may remain in backups or audit logs for a limited period after deletion — see the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Communications by email and SMS

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional communications from JobCabby by email and, if you provide a mobile number, by SMS — including account confirmations, magic links, password resets, invitations, interest notifications, and other messages necessary to operate the service. If you opt in (separately and expressly) to non-transactional communications, you also consent to receive product updates, new-listing alerts, and notifications about new opportunities matching your stated preferences, by email and SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS or HELP for help. Consent to non-transactional SMS is not a condition of using JobCabby — you can use the service with email-only notifications.

6. What you can do on JobCabby

Drivers can create a profile, browse job listings, express interest in listings, receive invitations from companies, and respond to them.

Transportation providers can post job listings, browse available drivers, send invitations, and receive interest signals from drivers.

7. What you can't do

When using JobCabby, you agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, your TLC license, your business, or any credential; or submit an application, interest signal, or invitation under a false identity or with false credentials.
• Post listings or profile content that is false, misleading, or materially inaccurate — including earnings ranges or job requirements you don't intend to honor.
• Post anything that violates the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's (EEOC) guidelines, the New York City Human Rights Law, or any other anti-discrimination law — this includes preferences or exclusions based on race, religion, national origin, sex, gender, age, disability, or any other protected class.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate any other user; spam users via the platform; or circumvent the unsubscribe mechanism for emails.
• Solicit, post, write, or pay for fraudulent, false, or manipulated reviews, ratings, or testimonials about other users.
• Create duplicate, sham, or automated accounts, or use automated means to artificially influence listing visibility, driver matching, or any ranking on the platform.
• Use user contact details obtained through JobCabby to solicit users off-platform for the purpose of evading our policies, our fees (if any become applicable), or our safety measures.
• Scrape, crawl, copy, or otherwise extract data from the platform by automated means without our prior written consent, or use bots to interact with the site.
• Use the platform for purposes unrelated to the NYC TLC ecosystem or in ways that violate applicable law.
• Collect money or payments on behalf of JobCabby, or charge other users for access to the platform.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its systems, or other users' accounts.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post — your profile, bio, listings, messages, feedback, and anything else you submit. By posting it, you grant ARIG Labs LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license (to our service providers, such as our hosting and email infrastructure) to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute it on and through JobCabby for the purpose of operating the platform.

For job listings and other content that is meant to be public, you also authorize us to surface it in search engines (including Google Jobs) and our sitemap so drivers can find it.

This license ends when you delete the content or your account. After deletion, we'll remove the content from public display on JobCabby within a reasonable period (at most 30 days), and we'll ask search engines to drop indexed copies — but we don't control whether and when third parties remove cached copies. Residual copies may remain in our routine backups for the limited period described in our Privacy Policy before those backups roll off.

9. Third-party links and sites

JobCabby listings and pages may include links to third-party websites — for example, a company's own careers page or application form, or a source URL for a listing we've sourced from a public job board. We don't control those sites, don't endorse them, and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability. Accessing any third-party site is at your own risk and is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policies.

10. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights and follow the notice-and-takedown procedure of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on JobCabby infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our designated agent at company@ariglabs.io (subject line: “DMCA Notice”) that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material on JobCabby you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as the URL) for us to locate it.
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, email).
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

If we receive a compliant notice, we'll remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted it. That user may submit a counter-notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g); if we receive one, we'll forward it to the complaining party and may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files suit.

We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

11. No verification, no guarantees

JobCabby does not verify TLC licenses, base licenses, driving history, insurance, vehicle registration, or any other credential posted on the platform. We do not run background checks, confirm that earnings ranges are accurate, or guarantee that any listing, company, or driver is what they claim to be.

You are responsible for your own due diligence. Before signing any agreement, exchanging payment, or handing over a vehicle, confirm the other party's identity, licensing, and reputation through the NYC TLC, your own reference checks, or other independent means. We don't guarantee jobs, placements, earnings, driver quality, or any outcome.

12. Third-Party Listings

JobCabby may display job opportunities and company information sourced from publicly available data.

While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, JobCabby does not guarantee that any company is actively hiring or that listing details are complete or current.

Users are encouraged to verify all details directly with the company before taking action.

If you are a company and would like to update or remove your listing, please contact us and we will promptly assist.

13. Fees (free today, not forever)

JobCabby is free for drivers and companies today. This is a deliberate early-stage choice while we grow the marketplace, and it is subject to change. We may introduce paid features, subscription tiers, premium tools, or fees for certain services — for drivers, companies, or both — in the future.

When that happens, we commit to the following:

• We will post updated terms on this page in advance.
• We will email affected users with at least 30 days' notice before any new charge takes effect.
• We will not charge you for a paid feature without your explicit opt-in.

Continued use of a paid feature after you opt in is your acceptance of its pricing and terms. Nothing in this section requires us to keep any specific feature free forever, but you will never be charged automatically for something you have not opted into.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, harmed other users, or put the integrity of the platform at risk. Where practical we'll let you know why.

You may close your account at any time. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

15. Disclaimers

JobCabby is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We don't warrant any listing, driver, company, or other user.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ARIG Labs LLC's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to JobCabby is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). The service is free, and this cap reflects that. This cap does not apply to (a) your indemnification obligations under Section 15, or (b) liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost earnings, lost data, lost business, or lost opportunities, even if we've been advised of the possibility. These limitations apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ARIG Labs LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any third-party claim, demand, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or related to the content you post, your conduct on the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or of another person's rights. ARIG Labs LLC reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that arises out of or relates to these terms or to JobCabby will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you and ARIG Labs LLC each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

To the extent permitted by law, each party waives any right to a jury trial. These terms do not contain a binding arbitration clause or class-action waiver.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, email registered users. Continued use of JobCabby after the effective date of a change is your acceptance of the updated terms.

20. General

Electronic communications

By using JobCabby, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (including by email and by notice posted on the platform), and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. This consent covers the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and New York's equivalent rules on electronic records and signatures.

Notice

Notices we send to the email address associated with your account are effective when sent. Notices you send to us should go to company@ariglabs.io .

Assignment

We may assign or transfer these terms, in whole or in part, at any time — for example, to an affiliate or to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. You may not assign these terms or your account without our prior written consent.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any posted product terms referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and ARIG Labs LLC regarding JobCabby, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.

No waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us to be effective.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No third-party beneficiaries

These terms do not create any rights in favor of any person who is not a party to them.
